[ZWeb] sending request to 127.0.0.1:8080

[Minaketan Rout]

I installed zope on linux as normal user.
run ./start -u grout

When I am trying to access zope manager via browser..
the url I have is : http://localhost:8080

The browser is waiting for response.
It says "Sending request 127.0.0.1:8080" and keep
waiting.
Do I have to do any changes?
