Wow. Fast response.

No, that was it. I installed Zope on Friday, but had no chance to start Zope and play around with it. So when I started the machine up after the weekend, there appeared before me an alert dialog saying one or more services failed to start. From there to Event Viewer, showing only that error. There are no details in the lower pane of the window.

BTW, this same thing happened to me at home with b2 on NT (b3 worked fine on Win95). In fact I can start up Zope on this NT machine with the ol' start.bat trick.

When I look in the Services Control Panel, Zope is there, and startup is set to Automatic, but (of course) is not started.

Think I should uninstall and re-download and reinstall?
