[Zope] SQL Method question

Hello,

I want generalize the following SQL-method-query-template

select MAX(number) from data

to 

select MAX(<!--#var name--> from <!--#var PARENTS[0].id-->

but when I call this SQL-method "maxvalue" with:

http://abc.xyz.de/Zope/data/maxvalue/name/idnr

I get "NameError: PARENTS"
