[Zope] New Zope2/ZPT site

Just some quick programming notes:

1) First, the original announcement for testing the site was for a very
limited audience.  Please, please, please...don't forward the URL to
others.

2) Second, if you notice a hole that allows people to do malicious
things, please notifiy us first.

I've turned the site off for a while.  We'll announce its availability,
perhaps on a different port, later today.  Thanks for the patience
everybody!
