[Zope] Zope 2.0.0b5 bug?

Hi!

I've just discovered the following curious thing:

t1:
...
<dtml-call "RESPONSE.setCookie('test:float',1.0)">
<A HREF="t2">Go here</A>
...

t2:
<dtml-if test>
  test found. <BR>
<dtml-else>
  test not found. </BR>
</dtml-if>

<dtml-if "_.has_key('test:float')">
  test:float found. <BR>
</dtml-if>

Results of t2:
test not found.
test:float found.

Well, I'm just wondering why ZPublisher is not munging cookies too?
Is this intention? Is this a bug?
