[Zope] Zope 2 on Win 98

That was it -- I was still trying to get it on port 9670.  The lack of
messages on my DOS window had me thinking it wasn't running.  I never did
get a message that it had started serving HTTP or anything.

Seems to be doing just as it should.

Try connecting to port 8080 on the machine with Zope2 and be amazed, ;)
