We're looking for a Web developer--ideally a Zope developer--to fill a
permanent position in our information systems group in the Department of
Pathology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Please contact me
directly if you're interested or for additional details. The text of the
official advertisement is as follows:
--------------
Position: Systems Analyst II

The Information Services Division of the UPMC Health System is recruiting a
talented web professional to reorganize and support web sites for the
Department of Pathology, managing them as part of a distributed electronic
publishing environment. Our site is currently one of the largest national
Medical Pathology sites, with about 700,000 hits per month, and includes an
intranet which serves over a dozen hospitals in southwest Pennsylvania.

Candidates should have a minimum of a masters degree in computer science or
a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years experience in Web development, and strong
working knowledge of HTML/HTTP, JavaScript, CGI development, Perl or Python,
Web server management, Web-database connectivity and Windows NT server
management. Experience with distributed authorship systems such as Zope or
Frontier is preferred. Experience with Unix/Linux and relational database
management would be a plus.
