Z Tables is a product, formerly known as Tabula, that allows a large
amount of tabular data to managed and indexed in Zope.  It is a friendly
product aimed at content managers, providing a wizard-like table create
system.  Features include:

write your own filters and have the schema automatically created.
b. Create your schema online and add/edit/delete records online.
c. Create field and full-text indices on your data to make searches
really fast.
d. Data and indices are managed in buckets, allowing the cache manager
to keep memory under control.
e. Hierarchies allow multiple "views" to be overlayed on the column
structure.
f. Computed fields allow virtual columns.
g. A whole lot more that I'm forgetting...

The Z Table product is currently available only to consulting customers,
as I pointed out in the email post you referenced.
