[Zope] Improving the folder view

Ah - a fun topic.

Sort Order: good good good idea.

One of the Zope installations here (which has way too many objects in 
Folders, but that's the way things are) became a lot more usable when
I added the buttons at the top, as well as at the bottom. It meant for
the copy/paste operation, I could copy it, then hit paste without 
waiting for the entire list to reload again.

Another thought for the 'Add' page would be to have some sort of property
for a folder which specified what things were available for this folder
(and ones that acquire it).
