[Zope] documentation bugs

Just a comment: O'Reilly composes its books in SGML, which is then
converted to Groff (GNU Troff) macros, formatted with Groff, and then
finally output to PostScript.

Something similar might work for us, although I can see how XML would be
preferable to fullblown SGML. I'm sure we can build the necessary tools
to convert XML to Groff (for paper/PDF version) and to HTML (for
electronic version) with relative ease. There are also tools available
to convert Groff to HTML. (Ironically though, Groff's manual is written
in the texinfo format, not my favourite documentation tool ;-)

While raw text editing isn't to be scoffed at, there are commercial XML
editors in existence, what about free ones?
