There's a python script written by Dave Ascher that already does this. 
I've used it for the Zope2 as well. It generates a .dsp and workspace.dsw 
from the Setup file that MSVC can use to create the extensions.

I've used it with Zope2/ZODB2 and it works (compiles and runs). However, running Zope and 
ZODB3, I still get an error message. I've reported this to the Collector but I haven't 
checked how this is getting along.
