[Zope] Sybase DA + FreeBSD + TDS

I tried (as did Anthony Baxter, I beleive) to compile dcSybaseDA against
FreeTDS.  I averted doing any actual work necessary to make it fly,
however :^).

A noble effort!  Thanks for the heads up...
