[Zope] Problem with ZODBCDA-3.1.0b2 [FIX]

After much mucking around, it turns out that the problem only occurs
when Zope is running as an NT Service, and when it is running as the
System
Account.  There is some strange environment issue there that I have no
idea
about, but if I change the service to run as me, than everything seems
hunky dory.

How odd.
