'View' is the ability to render DTML Documents, DTML Methods, and retrieve
images and files, call External Methods and call the index_html method of a
Folder. Generally viewing the site.

'Access contents information' is the ability to find out what objects
reside in a Folder, use DOM methods, and access properties on DTML
Documents, Folders, Images and Files. Generally finding out about meta data
and object hierarchy.
