[Zope] -Recursive updates of bobobase_modification_time

If I have a folder, 1, with a folder within it, 2, and within folder
2, there is a document called 2-a;

	Why is it that only 2-a's and 2's bobobase_modification_time
	gets updated, and not 1's?
