I remember a few messages about this but I can't remember the thread
subject exactly. I havent't had problems with it.

It's a bug, that another gentleman and I reported actually. I'm not sure
when the expand_all will render correctly.  It was submitted last month.

I'll bet I didn't have the answers you were looking for, but someone will.
