[Zope] SiteAccess-Apache: passing HOST header

We patched Apache to do this - in proxy_http.c, comment out the lines 
that remove the incoming HOST header and inserts a new one.

We started to write it up on Zope.org but it appears we never 
completed the HOW-TO. I'll get on it.
