[Zope] ZOracleDA and Oracle8i

I have the oci_.so and Buffer.so of DCOracle built and tested.  Yet when
I do a simple select under the Test tab of the ZOracleDA database connection.

select * from atable

I get the following error.  I can't find any info about what this deferred
linkage means besides what oerr says about error 24303.
