[Zope] ZDiscussions 0.2.0 setup questions

Alright, I have reverse-exported zdiscussions 0.2.0 after 0.1.0.
I didn't find that the README.txt files told me what to do next.

I created a ZDiscussions instance in my ZCatalog. What do I type next to
browse my (currently empty) discussions list?
E.g.,
  http://myserver:8080/Catalog/Test_ZDiscussion/what_do_I_type_here
Similarly, how do I get a form that will let me:
 - create new discussions?
 - post to a discussion?
 - post a reply to an existing post?
