yes - refer to the available HowTos... but your ISP might not be amused...

needs to set up the CGI-Process, still needs to set up a Zope on his server...

I can't tell you this... running Zope requires to launch a deamon and
it requires Zope to listen to several sockets (the most important one
for http already taken by the ISPs webserver). He will probably not
like you to do these things and it most probably will interfere with
his security measures...

As you seem to be located in Germany I could offer you to host a Zope
site for you if you can't get a solution with your provider.
