You'll get more information on the zope-ptk list, I recommend joining it
if you are going to use the PTK.

It comes into play when you log in as a user, and go to add a new
Document, News Item, or Link.

You can do like I do, and return the results of a ZCatalog search. 
Or you can do it the old fashioned way ;)
