I can't get to this url at all.  In fact, I don't know how this relates
to the proxypass rules below...

You have to use siteAccess to correct the base tag & any generated
URL's.

Josh,

the proxypass rules on zope.org are pretty simple:

<VirtualHost 209.67.167.55>
 ServerName www.zope.org
 ProxyPass / http://www.zope.org:93/
 ProxyPassReverse / http://www.zope.org:93/
</VirtualHost>

and everything seems to work fine, with a SiteRoot that says that
SiteRootBASE is http://www.zope.org
