start.bat is all you need.  It will leave a dos-box open, but that's fine.  It

Once you have run it, take your handy web browser (NutScrape, or Internet
Exploiter, or what have you) and point it to http://127.0.0.1:8080/

Or, if you want to enter the management screens:  http://127.0.0.1:8080/manage
