 there has been an announcement on the zope-xml list from one of the guys at
FT yesterday here's a link:
http://www.egroups.com/message/zope-xml/176?&start=148  its a alpha version
of ZDOM.  I think this w/ a post to the zope-xml list can give you a 'vague
idea' of the future route, possibly.
