[Zope] why is zope returning my pages as octet/stream?

Im assuming you have a <html> tag in your code... if not Zope is making an
incorrect guess for some reason. You can explicitly set a header using
<dtml-call "REQUEST.setHeader('Content-type', 'text/html')">
