[Zope] zmysqlda connection error

Hi
I am getting the following error when I tried starting
Zope 2.3.1. This error comes after i extracted the
zmysqlda(2.0.6) on Products dir.

The other resources and versions which i used are:

Python: Python2.0 release for Win 32
Zope: Zope 2.3.1 binary release for Win 32 (running as
a standalone service)
MySQL: mysql-3.23.36 for win 32

I have a doubt in the installation of the
MySQLDB(0.3.5). Can someone help immediately for
step-by-step from MySQLDB installation?
