Seems interesting. I just changed /etc/apache/httpd.conf

  LoadModule speling_module /usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_speling.so

but I'm not sure how to configure it right (documentation said
spell checking is by default of) and I have no deep experiences in
configuring Apache. Any configuration examples?

By the way: I'm just asking because this could even help our
previous setup but I would like to avoid such stuff regarding to
performance reasons. Quote:

This directive enables or disables the spelling module.
When enabled, keep in mind that

        * the directory scan which is necessary for the spelling
correction will have an impact on the server's performance
when many spelling corrections have to be performed at the
          same time.

So I just come back to my original question if there is a way to
handle the exception?

Kind regards and thanks for your hint

          Andreas.
