[Zope] TypeError len() of unsized object

I am getting the a len() of unsized object error and cant figure out why.
Even when I tried after putting tother the feedback form example:

Error Type: TypeError
Error Value: len() of unsized object

System configuration:
-Zope version 2.3
-Sendmail 8.10.2-C1
-Python (the one that comes standard with zope)
-Linux Redhat on Cobalt Raq 4
