[Zope] User Specifies dtml template

One simple way is to edit the source file for DTML Document, its hardcoded
in /lib/python/OFS/DTMLDocument.py...

<h2><dtml-var title_or_id></h2>
<p>

<dtml-var standard_html_footer>"""
