[Zope] SF Based Zope/CMF Mentor Needed for Small Dev Team

Hey All,
If this is off topic, please let me know. I'm looking for a zope/CMF guru
located in the Bay Area who can mentor a team of three developers (PHP,
Perl, ASP are their backgrounds). We're building a CMS for a public radio
station using the CMF, and want some help getting up to speed. We have a
limited budget, and the job would not be a lot of hours, maybe 20 or so.
Candidates should have strong Zope and CMF experience, good teaching skills
and be SF Bay locals.
SDO.NET is a six person web developement startup that's just moving into a
new office in San Francisco. We are a worker owned collective, and provide
technology strategy consulting, web design, and application development for
small-to-medium businesses and non-profit groups. We're a pretty laid back
and fun group to work with, so I think we could have a good time together.
