[Zope] Quickstart needs updating!

Perhaps it should instead be offered for download as a .zexp importable
file.  
That would be a workable solution.

The book is almost 2MB.

Not that it's a big deal in this day and age, but I think it's cool that
Zope can fit on a floppy. ;)

On the flip side, if the book came with Zope, the examples could be
*integrated*.  That would be cool.
