question.


1. Form Chain (many pages).


2.  HTML form field Input is not clobbered as a user moves back 
and forward through the chain.


Stephan Richter has suggested investigating his SmartWizard 
product.  I'll report the results I find.  


Examples pointed to by others do not seem to accomplish this, 
though are part of the solution, ie form data is progressivly 
collected:
