Try names or dictionaries, as in:

<dtml-with name="MySQLMethod">
    <dtml-in name="names">
        <th>&dtml-sequence-item;</th>
  </dtml-in>
</dtml-with>

dictionaries makes the result into a list of dictionaries which is another 
way to get the names (using keys())
