[Zope] Widgets from PropertySheet items

Hi,

I have a ZClass with a PropertySheet and now I want to create a form with
some of these fields so that the user can edit the values.
manage_createEditor returns a form with all the fields for a PropertySheet
and does this by calling _edit_widget_for_type. _edit_widget_for_type
basically does what I want, but is private. Is there some other smart way to
achieve this?
