[Zope] Zope / Apache conflict

I generally will use the -X option to disable all servers that I do not
_explicitly_ enable.
Something like
-X -P Zope.cgi -f 8021

Disables all servers, uses Zope.cgi for PCGI through apache and port 8021
for FTP.
