That's right: with fastcgi you always get to the root of zope (the 
apache directory "swim" is mapped to the root of zope).

Try http://localhost/swim/swim

Probably you need to use the proxypass directive in apache and virtual 
host monster in zope, but I don't use them and don't know how to use 
them. Check the archives of the list and zope home page.
