[Zope] Session Mgmt. with Session Id Manager

Dieter is right... I rue the fact that I have not had time to "translate"
the CST docs into something that matches the current sessioning
implementation.  But they are largely the same save for some terminology and
the fact that you can now access the session via "REQUEST.SESSION" (you
couldn't do this in CST).

The help system docs plus the small bit in the Zope book are about "it" for
now, sorry.
