[Zope] color-syntax editor for dtml

Every editor worth its weight in bits can syntax highlight dtml. Both ema=
cs=20
and vim do. Even editors without dtml awareness can do a fair job with th=
e=20
regular html highlighting. Many can also be configured to syntax highligh=
t=20
anything if you're ambitious enough.
