Thanks. Maybe it was too hot yesterday. But with copy+pasting your
webalizer-line it now works. With one drawback. I have to type in the
IP. It does not work with the ServerName

I have this in httpd.conf
<VirtualHost ip_of_my_server>

Think I'll buy a book on Apache. Any suggestions in german?
