[Zope] Large File Support

To check if the Python version your using has large file support
enabled, start the intepreter and open a file [ f=open('temp', 'w') ]
and call [ f.tell() ] it should return a long [ 0L ] if LFS i enabled.
(otherwise it returns an integer [ 0 ])
