hi, what is the is_cmf variable?

I followed all the install instructions and when i added a neoboard via the
CMF interface i got a key error on this variable. In fact all the actions
links give me this error.

Running Zope 2.6.0, CMF 1.3. This is in a CMF 1.3 site, w/out Plone.

thanks for any hints on how to resolve this. :)
