[Zope] Zope starts with a PCGI error

Meaghan,

You'll want to open http://ocean.magtech.com.au:8080 in your browser and 
log in using your admin login and password.  Once you've got everything 
working okay, you'll probably want to set up your initscripts so Zope 
starts at boot rather than manually with the start script.  Hope that
