[Zope] Zope Community Awards

I would like to introduce the first annual Zope Community Awards. In order
to recognize some of the more unsung heroes of the community I would like
start these awards.

Anyway next week (Wednesday) I'll have a form up for voting, until then here
are the categories and nominations so far. This is an incomplete list, so if
you have any extra nominations or categories, please send me an email (note
there are a couple with no nominations).
