[Zope] Pbs with ExternalEditor win32

I did a little interactive work on a 98 box with user profiles disabled:
(Start / settings / control panel / passwords / user profiles / All users 
get the same crud)

PythonWin 2.2.1 (#34, Apr 15 2002, 09:51:39) [MSC 32 bit (Intel)] on win32.
