[Zope] Inituser Problem with Zope on Suse 8.0

The RPM for 2.5.1 handles setting up an initial user like this:
%{PYTHONAPP} $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/usr/bin/zpasswd -u admin -p 123=20
$RPM_BUILD_ROOT/var/zope/inituser

Works every time :-)
