[Zope] Photo does not regenerate displays

I  have a site with lots of Photos that are grouped in a number of Photo
Folders.

I had one of the folder regenerating all display.
Now next to the displays of all the photo "not generated" is displayed.

When I try to access the pictures I do not get them anymore. And they are
not generated neither.

Zoë is V2.51 running unter Linux
typing convert on the commandline starts convert so looks as if ImageMagick
is working.

what could be the problem?
