[Zope] PCGI & HTTP HEAD command

Hi

I'm running Zope 2.5.0 through IIS using PCGI. It works perfectly for
HTTP GET requests, but it returns a 404 error if you request a page with
the HEAD command. Does anyone know how to tweak either IIS or Zope to
fix this?
