Dear Collegue,

UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural
Organization) wishes to promote the use of open-source and freware
products/free services in the field of education in developing
countries, presenting their main characteristics on its web-site in a
harmonised way and obtaining royalty-free use, when this needs specific
negotiations. The Budapest University of Technology is assisting UNESCO
in this task.

Understanding, that ZOPE is Open Source GPL compatible, it would
be highly appreciated if you could communicate for the description to be
presented by UNESCO the following details:
- is it available under GPL or what means exactly "GPL compatible"?
- availabilty of user manual, teacher guide, examples, discussion forum?
- possibility to personalise it? Possibility to use other languages else
than English?
- Availabilty of partner to help external users?
- hardware requirements?
- informatics knowledge required for its use?
- server uptime?

Your kind co-operation will allow UNESCO to widely promote the use of
your product.

Thanks

Pal Vasarhelyi
