Just FYI, the Binary Zope 2.6 betas include a Python 2.1.3 with LFS 
built in, based on glibc 2.1.3 (ie RH 6.2).  While this is still and 
"old" glibc, it does recognize large file enabled kernels, so you can 
use this binary version of Zope on most modern Linux distributions and 
2.4 kernels to get large file support.
