[Zope] import data into ZODB ??

hello you all zopists,
my question might be a bit simplist but there it is :
I have a contact list (1000+) in outlook. I want to import those into a
Zclass.
I have created a small product that is able ro handle most data.
question is : how can I import all those data at once into the new
Zclass
say I have Name, Phone_number only in my Zclass
and a comma separated text file
webmaster, 0123456
newbie, 3321654
for example...
any idea ?
